I honestly think that people would get used to Eilidh! But if you really don't think so, then Ailie has been used for a long time over this side of the pond as an English version of Eilidh, and I actually came across it first on a Canadian. To me, it looks a lot less trendy than Aylee etc., and does have some history as a name.
