[Opinions] Re: Bay
in reply to a message by Lily
I actually kind of like it! I think it seems more masculine though. Despite living by a large body of water and never having had horses, it actually made me think of the color for a horse before the geographical feature. And I love that warm red-brown color and the horse image is just awesome. But again, seems more masculine to me.The only negative thing I thought about it was that it's close to bray.

I know a guy named Bray. Just Bray. Always thought that was weird.

HahaPoor guy. Do people make donkey noises at him all the time?

They don't, which I find weird, he is obviously surrounded by very nice people :P I never made fun of him but always thought it was weird. It conjures up images of a donkey. Some people have even told him they thought his name was cool. I blame the -ayden trend, especially Brayden. I think Brayden is already in the top 100 (or Braden) and people are getting used to it. Personally I think it's a name I'll never understand, kind of like Brandy. But Brandy sounds better and personally I would rather be named after liquor than the sound a donkey makes.Wow I just found out Braden actually has a history. Oh the surprise. I thought it was a recent invention.
