While I love both names, after naming three children with "C" first names, I start to feel stuck in a rut. Any children after will wonder why they weren't a part of the pattern... and I'm not much of a pattern namer :( However, I don't have a problem with multiple children in one family using the same first initial... just when the first 3 kids are that way (I know... I'm picky). I'd even be okay with
Clio Josephine & Tobias Caspian... Okay, back to you :-P
