The name Urban is great, and it can be used to honor the many popes that had that name, but I'm worried people who haven't heard the name before wouldn't 'get it'. If you are fine with that, and you think your kid will be, too, go ahead, but there are plenty of great Italian names otherwise. Since they are twins, the name Gianluca would sound GREAT with Gemma if you are okay with alliteration.
