I have the same problem- I like Jenny, but not Jennifer.

Genevieve was the first name to come to mind for me. You could also use Janessa, Jenna, or Guinevere (long shot but it's the original form of Jennifer.)

The one Guinevere I knew who went by that nn spelled it Genny.

Janessa is really pretty, but I think I'd just end up using Jan, which really reminds me of The Office
Guinevere is also lovely, but I'd just call her Gwen, which reminds me of Ben 10
...maybe I watch a bit too much TV?
