Do much has happened to Coop and Ellie since Katie Fischer's trial. After it was all over, Ellie left the Fischer's farm and moved in with Cooper. Ellie took an extended maternity leave due to the earlier almost miscarriage that took her out of Katie's trial for a few days. After 8 1/2 months, Ellie went into labour. After a long delivery, Ellie gave birth to their first child, a son who they named Henry James Cooper. Henry is after Coop's best cousin who just recently passed away from cancer. Two years after Henry's birth, Ellie and Cooper married in a small private ceremony. Katie, now married to Samuel and expecting their first child, were amongst the people that attended.
Just a few months after Ellie and Cooper married, she found out she was pregnant again. Her pregnancy went smoothly until two weeks before her due date when she went into labour. The doctors realized just before the delivery that the baby was breach, and it was too late for a Caesarian. Ellie then gave birth to their second child, a daughter named Natalie Annabelle, after a painful and more complicated delivery. Henry is curious about the new baby, but seems to like her. Ellie has been sure to visit Katie, Samuel and their new baby boy

You have two options. I was only going to have one more round with first generatin children anyway. You can just choose to opt out and have four children, or you can adopt. Whichever you like.
