What I think of when I hear of someone called Savannah:
Middle class American mediocre modest good taste, white, born in the 1990s; Southern-chic (the Georgia association for me doesn't bring a place to mind. It just "sounds Southern styled")
What I think of when I hear the word "savanna" - a grassland
I like the name.
