I like it, and no, I don't think it's too tied to "Dracula" to use. Mina is probably well-known enough as a nickname for Wilhelmina and as a name in its own right that people probably wouldn't assume that it was used because of the novel or movies.

Mina is simple in terms of spelling and sound, but it's not a typical name at least here in the U.S., so I find it interesting without being out there.
