Help[Opinions] Annelise and Gwyneth
What are your opinions on Annelise and Gwyneth? Which do you like better and which would fit a little girl with light skin, strawberry blonde hair, and blue or hazel eyes?

I like Annelise better, Gwyneth just sounds a bit harsh, and I just think of the actress Gwyneth Paltrow.

I used to love Annelise (I prefer it spelled Anneliese, but Annelise is also nice...much better than Annalise, etc., imo). Now it seems to be getting a bit too popular for me, but it's still pretty. I do still prefer it slightly to Gwyneth, just because Gwyneth--though also very nice--is so connected to Gwyneth Paltrow and therefore sounds a little "stuck up" to me. I don't know that she is stuck up, that's just the impression I get. :b If it were Gwendolyn instead of Gwyneth, that would gmv (get my vote).

hmmm... out of the two names I have to say I like Annelise better. But Gwyneth seems to fit the description better.

annalise is an adorable name, i'm biased cause it's my sister's name but, Annalise is way better.

I really love Gwyneth, but Annelise, I just don't find interesting at all. I prefere Anelys or Hanalys... Mostly because I'm french and I would pronounce Annelise Anne-Li-ze and I prefere An-uh-Liss.. :P

I like Annelise (prefer Annalise) but I prefer Guinevere over Gwyneth. I like Annelise would fit that discription more.

Both are very nice, but for the description you presented, Annelise works much better- fits it perfectly, in fact!

Gwyneth
Gwyneth, definitely, in spite of Paltrow (who I'm not a fan of). I think the description you gave is perfect for it.

I think they are both beautiful names! Annelise is one I don't hear very often but is liked by several on this board it's very cute. Gwyneth is nice too but reminds me of actress Gwyneth Paltrow who has been in several nice flims but because of her image a Gwyneth is usually pictured as tall, blonde, and fairly pretty like her.
I think Gwyneth would fit the image you decribed: light skin, strawberry blonde hair, and blue or hazel eyes. I think an Annelise would have darker hair, maybe curly. But I think I could see it on a blonde too. :)

Annelise is so pretty, but I actually prefer Anneliese.
Gwyneth is odd and interesting, but I can't call it a favorite.
