Yes, LEEV is the Scandinavian pronunciation (for the "liv" in Olivia too, btw). But at least in Swedish that "ee" is different from the English "ee", so it doesn't sound quite the same as "leave".

I like it a lot, but because it's so short I would only use it as a middle name (or possibly as a nickname for Livia).
