I don't like it. Too modern-sounding.
It's okay. I think it's better used as a nickname than a full name.
I adore it as a nickname. Fun, spunky, and all. But it seems hard to imagine on someone past their fraternity days. On a resume? Maybe just as a short form for Jackson (or something like that) would be best.
My cousin named her boy this and I'm torn. It's kind of cool, but a bit trendy as well. He has a strong middle name so he could go by his middle name or the initial J and his middle name to look more professional.
