While indeed there's no K or Y in the Italian alphabet that doesn't stop some people from using sometimes names, probably of foreign derivation, that might contain these letters (I've come across a couple of Ylenia), just as there are some words borrowed from other languages but that are now in Italian dictionaries, that contain k's or y's (such as knock-out or yacht).This said, you're right that Kryzia isn't an Italian name but she could still be Italian.
