Penelope is classic, feminine, and loaded with cool Greek mythological references.
Paisley is . . . not.
If one twin gets a classic anme why should the other be short-changed? Plus, the cutesy factor in the names sounding so similar bugs me. I bet it would bug the twins too. I don't get why parents would set themselves up for so much confusion under one roof.

Blythe" is my favorite from the alternate names. But any of them would be better than trendy
Paisley.
