I prenoune Ilya as "EEL-ee-yuh" if I'm talking slowly, but closer to "EEL-yuh" at full speed. So Ilyas would be (for me), "EEL-yahs."

I have no idea what the correct pronunciation is, but I'd probably pronounce it: "EEL-yahs". That's probably wrong though. Haha.

My instinct was to pronounce it like the russian name Ilya. On this site it says it is pronounced EEL-yah but I tend to say EEL-e-yah. But i guess it could also be EEL-e-yas.

It's nice. Unusual but not weird. I don't know how it's supposed to be pronounced, but I'd guess il-EYE-us.
