I love Patience. It's a stunner. I prefer it without a nickname.
Constance is a nice name as well. Connie is a cute nickname, but it doesn't require a nickname, so I think that just Constance would be fine. You might also use Stannie as a nickname.
Prudence is definitely NMS. It's too easy to tease and I don't care for the sound of it.
I like Temperance, but I wouldn't use it because it reminds me of The Temperance Movement.

Yeah, the Temperance Movement was bugging me...
We studied it in History, and I have an exam coming up on the 1920s, so it does remind me of that.
