Aracelia is a legitimate variation of Araceli.
It's not widely used, far from it, but I do actually know an Aracelia in real life (she's a fellow member of the Hispanic society at college) and I've come across a handful of others on Latina/Hispanic websites.
I prefer Araceli (or Aracely) but I do like Aracelia too.

I like the fact that I can angicize Aracelia into Air-ah-seel-yah...
If I were saying aira-sell-ee-ah I would prefer Araceli to Aracelia by far.
