[Opinions] Re: Japanese models' names
Since my love for a name comes primarily from associations that I have rather than mere sounds, most Asian names are unfortunately lost to me. It would help if I had a link to these names so that at least I could get to know their meaning and perhaps a little of their histories. Otherwise, I'm just left with sounds. I see a couple of Western names, Erika and Reina. Erika is OK, although I prefer the Erica spelling. Erika / Erica is one of those names that doesn't translate well to the feminine form. Erik / Eric is so masculine and hard sounding that I have a difficult time seeing it on a woman, even with an "-a" on the end. I love Reina because it makes me think of Spanish queens in Velasquez portraits. So if you could provide a link or any more information on the rest of the names I'd love to learn about them and perhaps fall a little in love on a rainy Wednesday. :-)
