Poppy and Joshua have adopted a fourteen-year-old girl from Africa named Akachi Adanna. Akachi has been going by Anna Jorris now.

At thirty-five Poppy gave birth to triplets: two boys and a girl. Anna has been a lot of help with black-haired blue-eyed Dulcinea Anselma, brown-haired brown-eyed Montgomery Alphonse, and brown-haired brown-eyed Leonardo Forrest. Dulce, Monte, and Artie get a lot of lovin' from their family.

While Anna was walking around outside one day, a female cat came mewing up to her. She picked it up and took it to the vet, who told her that the cat was pregnant. Anna took the cat home, where the cat had her litter of five kittens. Joshua, Poppy, and Anna found good homes for the cat's kittens. Then they had the cat taken care of and adopted her. Anna decided to call the cat Felia.

A pregnant cousin of Joshua's was driving home from an appointment one winter day when before she knew it she was spinning into the other lane. She tried her hardest to stop, but she couldn't. When she awoke, she was in the hospital, a tiny bundle in her arms. The doctors said that her child had been born quite prematurely but was very strong for being such a preemie. Joshua's cousin went home with her bundle of joy after about a week's time.

Erdem Orhan had lived in many houses. His parents'... before they died. His grandparents'... before they died. His aunt and uncle's... before they died. His neighbor's... before they died. He'd lived with multiple families who'd adopted him... before the parents of those families died, too. Everywhere Erdem went, the heads of the house died. When he was told he was going to live with a Mr. Joshua Jorris and his wife, Poppy, and children, Dulce, Monte, Artie, and Nat, he was scared that Mr. and Mrs. Jorris would pass away, too. He didn't want to go. The Jorrises' children were only two- and five-years-old. They couldn't loose their parents now. Finally, Erdem left his native country of Turkey to live with the Jorrises. Demi, as they started calling Erdem, found that he was quite happy with the Jorrises and that Mr. and Mrs. Jorris wouldn't be going any time soon.

When her new family arrived in Scotland to bring her home, Iona saw how many younger children there were. The Jorrises had six-year-old triplets and a three-year-old boy. They'd also adopted two other children, a boy from Turkey and a girl from Africa. Iona couldn't wait to become Iona Elspeth Jorris.

Sextuplets! Daisy Lou-Jane (Arabic: Lujayn), Barnaby Salman, Wolf Josef, Georgia Elizabeth, Wolfgang Matthew, and Fox Binyamin were born while sojourning in Germany for a short while. All six of them have brown hair and gray eyes, though they look quite different in other aspects. Daisy's hair is dark brown. Barnaby's is almond brown. Wolf and Wolfgang have hair so dark brown it can be mistaken for black. Georgia and Fox hair so light it is almost blonde. Daisy's gray eyes are silvery and sweet. Barnaby's are dark--almost black--and stormy. Wolf's are the silver of a gray wolf's hide and mischievous. Georgia's are simple gray with hints of darker gray and very shy. Wolfgang's are storm-cloud gray--so gray they're almost bluish--and sweet. Fox has extremely light gray eyes which are bouncy. The sextuplets are greatly adored.

Their parents had passed away two months before in an awful plane crash. The seventeen-year-old twins were trying their hardest to keep themselves away from the orphanage or some other home for homeless children. When they met up with Joshua Jorris' older brother Caleb, they decided that they needed a home. Caleb knew that Joshua enjoyed kids, and soon Luke and Mark were welcomed into a warm home and family.

Dulce decided she didn't want Jorina anymore. She didn't like goats. She asked her daddy to get her a new pet, a parakeet. Mr. Jorris took Dulce to the pet shop and she picked out three parakeets, one for herself, one for Monte, and one for Artie. She brought them home, all three named. Hers was Letitia. Monte's was Kelly. Artie's was Fendell.

Poppy's had triplets at forty-seven! Joshua is fifty-two and has two new daughters and another son. Felicity Joy, Hanna Peace, and Pieter Joel are quite similar. Felicity and Hanna are identical, and Pieter is as identical to his sisters as a boy can be. They all have red hair and green eyes. Lovely combination! They were born three months prematurely. Hanna and Pieter almost left this world, but the doctors saved them. Felicity was as healthy as a preemie could be.
