Thalia gives birth to an adorable baby boy! He takes after his mother, having wavy strawberry-blonde hair and big gray eyes. Thalia and Ulisse decided to name their child Apollo-Amadeus Fortitude D'Ampelio. Apollo-Amadeus is usually known as Paul, though.

Thalia's twin sister, Phoebe, has been diagnosed with breast cancer. Phoebe is the mother of three children who are very close to their mother and each other. Thalia and Phoebe are also very close, being the only girls in a large family and twins.

Ulisse's older brother, Marcus, was travelling in Asia, in the Philippines to be exact, when he met up with a homeless boy of eight. Marcus not being married and not having too much experience with younger children, he contacted Ulisse. Ulisse talked it over with Thalia and the two of them decided that their little son should have an older brother. And that the poor boy needed a home. They brought him home as soon as possible. The child's name is Damion Delano. When Damion arrived at the D'Ampelio's house, two-year-old Paul was fascinated with Damion's darker complexion, hair, and eyes. His comment was, "He has daddy's hair and eyes, mommy!"

Paul has twin sisters! Identical twin sisters! Each little girl has curly brown hair and sparkling brown eyes. Paul loves his darling sisters. Thalia is excited to have twins of her own, being a twin herself. Ulisse was rather surprised when Thalia announced to him one night, "We're having twins, hon." Damion, now nine, loves having sisters, especially since he lost the three sisters he had. The newest D'Ampelios are Nerissa-Persephone Bianca, nicknamed Poppy, and Pacifica-Diana Emily, nicknamed Peace.

Paul, now four, and Damion, now ten, were out in the woods when Paul spotted a wounded baby squirrel. They took it home and Thalia and the boys bound the wounds of the squirrel. By the time it had recovered, the little squirrel was a part of the D'Ampelio family and it didn't want to leave. Paul and Damion decided to call the baby squirrel, which they'd found out was a female, Saralina.

At school one day, Paul's class had helpers, twin girls who were from an abusive family and weren't living with either of their parents. They were identical and very sweet. They both had sweetly curly black hair and green eyes tinted with gray. One of them was working with Paul on his reading. "Which one are you?" he asked. She responded that she was Madison. "Oh!" After school Paul ran home and told his mother all about Madison and Audrey, the girls without a last name. Ulisse and Thalia decided that these two girls who had never known a good, true home were going to become a part of their family. Soon, Madison and Audrey were D'Ampelios and couldn't claim to have no last name anymore.

A little girl with curly black hair and gray eyes has joined the D'Ampelio family. She came two and a half months prematurely. Thalia thought she wouldn't make it, but that was before she saw her newborn daughter. Italia-Minerva Catarina, who is called Leah by her family, is a very sweet little girl. Paul loves his newest sister, though he'd like to have a brother that is his true flesh-and-blood unlike Damion. Damion enjoys little Leah, and in fact was the one who came up with calling her Italia. Poppy can't believe she's a big sister, and is rather scared to hold little Leah. Peace is, unlike her nickname, very rowdy when around her sister. She tells everyone who walks in the front door "I'm a big sister, you know!" Madison adores little Italia-Minerva, and her twin sister does, too. Thalia is very proud of her darling daughter, and Ulisse loves her, too.

Thalia had triplets! Three girls! Poor Paul is getting rather overwhelmed with girls. Poppy... Peace... Madison... Audrey... Leah... even their pet is a girl! The first little girl has soft, brown curls and brown eyes. The second has wavy brown hair and gray eyes. The last and smallest has wavy strawberry-blonde hair and black eyes. Triplet number one is Ella-Phoebe Atlantis. Triplet number two is Adah-Demeter Vitalia. The smallest triplet is Sophia-Adrasteia Germania. Ella, Adah, and Sophia D'Ampelio are greatly adored by everyone.

As a field trip in their senior year of high school, Audrey and Madison are visiting England, France, Italy, and finally Greece. They'll be gone for about a month, studying in their spare time. Thalia and Ulisse decided to go along with them and make it a family trip. Thalia's mother, who was living in Greece, her native homeland, since the death of her husband, and a few of Thalia's siblings are living in Greece as well decided to help pay for the trip for the whole family, including Audrey and Madison. Ulisse's parents and his well-off younger sister Viviana and younger brother Julius are also helping pay for the expenses. Audrey, Madison, and the rest of the D'Ampelios are excited.

Since Thalia is Phoebe's twin sister, Phoebe made Thalia the guardian of her boys, since their father had been abusive and left them. Paul is excited to have more boys in the house. Audrey and Madison invited their adoptive family to go with them to Spain. Ulisse and Thalia have agreed to go, as long as they can find enough money to buy tickets. What do you know? A week or two later, Ulisse and Thalia received a letter in the mail saying that their travel expenses have been paid, once again by family. At the bottom of the letter, there was a note from the well-off siblings of Ulisse saying, "Enjoy!" Once again, Ulisse, Thalia, and their crowd of children are off on adventures across the seas.
