I was overjoyed to see my darling Barbara used as a first name! At least my daughter will have one young Barbara in the US to be name-buddies with, lol.

You have a Barbara too? I knew I liked your style. :-)The Barbara I met was in Hungary. Here's hoping the name is being revived all over the planet.

Not yet, but hopefully in a few years:-) It's after my grandmother Barica.
Well, it's not that rare in my neck of the woods for kids (as evidenced by the Hungarian Barbara where it's #40 and it's #66 in Croatia), but this is my first US Barbara BA.
