Breagha is Scots Gaelic - it's an adjective meaning 'beautiful'. Looking at pronunciation guides I think it's pronounced Brow-a, but really not sure.
Medi is Welsh for September, Cadog is a variant of Cadoc and Tecwyn is another name that apparently means 'beautiful' (and is also the name of a little red tractor in a popular kids' tv series). Teigl is a river near Blaenau Ffestiniog.
