Hmmmm... so I wanted to create a CONGRATS game, but I didn't know whether to do an adoption, rules, name bank, or just regular congrats, etc. So, I'll have a different one each round. I sometimes take a long time to post again so, sorry ahead for any delays. I hope you have fun!!!!!!!!!
