Because as posts are put on the board, they push other posts farther down into the archives where they can no longer be commented on.
Also it is pretty bad form to call the rules of a site "stupid", no matter what you may think of them. Politeness is also encouraged here. If you have a problem with the rules, you are free to leave.

Can we ignore all her posts! I have reported her and her comment to my request to read the rules was to mind my own business. I feel as an active member it's my business and all other active memebers!

Not knowing all the rules when you start is understandable. But (a) not being polite and (b) not reading the rules when asked to isn't.
I'm sure you've got a lot of great names / ideas to share. I don't want this to escalate any farther than it has. But please, you are testing our collective patience.
