Canute, Lena, Ole, Sven and Lars are all names that just couldn't work in this area. It's too bad - I love Lars and Lena.

It's actually really hard for me to even begin to take this name seriously - it's just a big joke in this area. :-/ I'm sorry

My cousin Larry has sometimes been called Lars. There was also someome down the road from me (he has kids my age) named Lars.
