I find Annemarie neater and tidier than Anne-Marie, and less open to misunderstanding than Anne Marie, which looks like fn Anne, mn Marie. My niece is Louanne, and it causes her no problems at all: in fact, she's Louanne Shirley, probably the youngest Shirley in captivity, and Annemarie Frances is much, much smarter and prettier than that! Go for it.
