Didn't even think of the red goop until you brought it up lol. Its pretty and I like the nickname possibilities of Cat/Kat but I think you're right about the salad dressing association. Meh.

I think it's a lovely change from Katherine/Kathryn/Catherine.
Doesn't make me think of salad dressing at all... prob'ly 'cause I don't tend to consume much of it.

I think it's lovely, but it does remind me of the salad dressing. For that reason, I'd be more inclined to use Catarina.
