Sorry I was kinda spooked when I read this because in the story I'm writing, the main character is called Alexis and she has a best friends and they are almost like twins and her name is Sasha. So I thought was sorta weird.
Anyway the ones I like are
Alexis and Sasha- I just love both names but I prefer both on girls
Theodor and Nathan - I like th name Theodor and also Nathan is another main character in my story.
Johan and Ivan- I don't really like either name but this stood out for me, for some strange reason.
Victor and Nikola- Love Nikola and Victor is okay.
Victor and Nicholas- Same as above, love Nicholas
Raymond and Ronald- I don't know why this stood out for me, but it did might be becuase I like Ronald
Daniel and Dalien- I like Daniel and the Dalien makes Daneil sound not so common and normal.
Elias and Joel- I love Elias and Joel alright but I prefer Joseph or just Joe

I think the best would be those with a common theme, but a completely different vibe ex. Vlastimil/ Patrick, Florian/ Gulzar, Gregory/ Ira, etc.
I agree with Andromache about using variants of the same name. This might also apply to anagrams (though I LOVE Claus/ Lucas).
Anyways...my favorites would be:
Henry/ Hynek
Claus/ Lucas (really handsome)
Vlastimil/ Patrick ( I dislike both names but I like how different they seem to be)
Victor and Nikola
Vendelin and Slávek

I definately wouldn't use two variants of the same name. I like names with different origins and the same meanings or theme, though.
