My favorite is Alexa. I find both Alex and Andie too masculine.

AlexMy favorite nickname for Alexandra is actually Sandy (I think it's kinda retro-cool), but between Andie and Alex, I'd definitely choose Alex.

My Alexandra typically goes by her full name, "A", or Xandra.

Alexa, all the way. Alex is too male and Andie makes no sense.

Alex is a little boring. Andie or Andy would work. I think I prefer Xandra though.

Alex is my favourite. I also like Sasha but it isn't as 'natural' as Alex. Zan or Xan is also pretty cool on the right person.

Alex is really the only nn I like for it.

Alexan. I know it's not that much shorter, but I do know a girl who goes by that.

I prefer Alex. How about Xandra, Allie, Sandra, Xan, Xandie, Xandrie, or Xannie? I also think that Lex would be a cute nickname for a girl named Alexandra even though it's usually used for boys.

Alex but I like Andie too. I think Ann could work too.

Alex. But I like Lexi best! ):

Alex. Surprisingly, I've always loved Alex as a nn for Alexandra. It might've been Alex Mack's fault.

This is my cousin's name. She goes by Alex, and Andie also works.Other suggestions: Sasha, Sandra, Andra, Ali?My favorites are Sasha and Lexi, but I guess you don't care for Lexi. :)

Alexandra, nn Sunny! I love that one.Empress Alexandra (born Alix) was called Sunny by her family, as was Alexandra "Sunny" von Bulow.I've never known exactly how one gets Sunny out of Alexandra. Perhaps Sandy --> Sunny? But traditionally, it holds true.

Alex and Andie are both fine - I don't like Lexi either.
