There are surprisingly few cutesy horrible names on those lists, though London and Paris for girls and Jayden and Kayden for boys made me retch a bit. Here would be my choices:
Isabella and Sophia
Isabella and Isaiah - This is a tough one, because I like both names individually but I wouldn't want anyone to think I'd matched the names together because they share the same first initial.
Caleb and Jacob
