I prefer Juliette (stress on the ETTE instead of the JUL), which seems more artsy and assertive to me. Juliet seems sort of too literary in general to me - fanciful. But Julia is far better than either. Julia is one of the best names in English that there is, all around, as far as I'm concerned.
