I prefer Juliette (stress on the ETTE instead of the JUL), which seems more artsy and assertive to me. Juliet seems sort of too literary in general to me - fanciful. But Julia is far better than either. Julia is one of the best names in English that there is, all around, as far as I'm concerned.Julian and Andreas sound great together.
I'd go with Juliette Elisabeth, personally.
