I adore Juliet but in real life, I'd be more likely to use it as a mn. Re: possible teasing, being asked where her Romeo is isn't that awful. There are other much worse forms of teasing concerning names.
Between the two spellings, I suppose with a French surname, Juliette would look stunning, but for the most part, I prefer Juliet. Juliet Rosalie is lovely.
I think Andreas and Juliet make a great sibset.
