Message: "Una" - Behind the Name

I love the name Una (but not Oona, which looks funny to me), but I'm curious to see how others perceive it. Do you like it? Do you think it's usable as a name today - would it be taken seriously? Or do you think people would view it as an odd or "out there" type name? What types of names would you pair it with?
