I've got nothing for Rachel or Hannah that hasn't already been mentioned, but I've come across Chattie and Chartie for Charlotte, and Decca for Jessica (as in Jessica Mitford).

Jessica was my given name, and I had the nickname Jecca. It's cute, I think. I called my younger sister Hannah 'Hallie.'There are plenty of cute nicknames you can use that have nothing to do with a given name, like Sissy or Babe.

Rachel: Ray, Cello, Elle, Ace
Hannah: Han (like Han Solo) Nano, Annie, Nani (NAH-nee)
Charlotte: Charlie, Lottie, Lotta, Cherry, Art, Chet, Cello
Jessica: Jess, Jessie, Jessa, Jeca (?), Jett, Echo? Echa?I am really just making these up as I go along. Just take random sounds from the name and distort them see if any appeal to you. At least, that's what I did.

Charlotte = Lottie or Lotta... I don't know how unusual that is, though!
