What an adorable meaning. To think, somewhere in the world a mother is calling her three year old, "bee." Too cute.
If it's pronounced, "ehr-LAY-uh," then I love it. "ur-LEE-uh" would leave me cold, however. And that's the most likely pronunciation where I live.
(Baby LC? Waiting until he/she is born before announcing the name? Not a bad idea.)
