King Valentine and Queen Cordelia have been considering who they should betroth Prince Raphael to. They were most interested in Princess Lucretia of Geneva, Princess Seraphina of Xanata, Princess Honora of Antanon and Princess Louisa of Lithilana.
After much more consideration they had decided to ask for the hand of Princess Lucretia. Before they can contact King Felix and Queen Scarlet they recieve an embassy from them proposing an alliance between their two kingdoms.
King Valentine and Queen Cordelia happily accept.
