It's widely feared that a conflict is inevitable, and many citizens are worried. Still, amidst all this, some joy has come. Queen Rose has given birth to another son, and this new member of the royal family is welcomes just as Princess Susannah and Prince Alexander were, with celebrations and excitement.

However, at the same time, the Kenitore is going through some unrest with the kingdom to the south. King Simon has sent ambassadors to meet with the kingdom's reigning monarchs, and awaits a definitive response. So far, things are not sounding good, and rumors are spreading throughout the kingdom of an oncoming war. Many members of the aristocracy supported Lord de Marilenx, but just as many opposed him. The people are also mostly displeased, and there have been several riots and confrontations all over Languedoïl. King Christopher decided to offer political asylum and eventually citizenship to all Languedoïlian subjects that wish to take refuge in Jadiellons, and there is already an army ready to take action if the Languedoïlian civil war crosses the frontier. Because this may happen at any moment, strict rationing measures are in place, even at the palace.

Even thought he's relatively young King Peter has decided to leave his kingdom in order to restore peace. Crown Prince Vincent Zachary is currenly in charge but is constantly seeking advise from his mother and sister. Princess Lydia Imogen is currenly happy to be a princess and is giving good advise but it breaks her mother's heart to know that she will likely never rule (as the law says it's boys oldest to youngest, then girls)... The king soon returns and has promising news the land has now become a territory of Yorkshire! Beyond the territory now called Jessamine (after the flowers that bloom there) is promising to the whole royal family as the king will likely divide it up among his children.
