(this is a mixed bag CAF of sorts- different methods for choosing names :))

DW: fn - Milicent / Mara / Mairead / Magdalena / Mallory, mn - Sarah / Symphony / Silvia / Severina / Sarita

DD/DD: For both, run the random name generator ( http://www.behindthename.com/random/ ) until you find names that you like
DS: Use the names of your two favorite TV or film characters
DD: Use names from your heritage (i.e., if you're English use English names, French use French names)
DD/DS/DS: Use the initials of your three favorite actors/actresses (i.e., one child could have the initials JD for Johnny Depp, NK for Nicole Kidman, etc)
DD: fn - Melody / Symphony / Viola / Harmony / Lyric, mn - Fleur / Flora / Euthalia / Fiorella / Anthea
DS/DD: Must have twinny names or names that are connected in some manner (say how if it's not obvious)
