I used to find Lily (this spelling only) fresh and appealing. That is until I saw it on every other poll / thread. Sorry, but I'm up to my ear lobes in Lily. It's turning into the Emily of the 00's.
I'd still be happy to meet a young Lily and be grateful her name wasn't Brayleigh or Frederick or Lyleigh. but I'd also be wishing her parents had chosen something else like Ivy or Lila or Sylvie.
