[Opinions] Twin Names
Well you see me and my husband (mostly me) are picking names by how we think our kids would look. Like if we have a girl, my husband is mixed and im a beach babe and just like the rest of my family i tan very easily so either way she will most likely have a natural tan to her. then her hair... well my hair is dark brown with some red in it and kinda wavey, my husbands hair is dark brown and very curly. So we think our daughter will have a natural tan.. or will tan easily, she'll have brown wavey/curly hair, hopefuly my shape, and either light green/yellowish eyes like me or honey brown hazel eyes like my husband. To us it seems she'll be almost exotic looking. And our son will hopefuly look more like him then me:) and we want a strong name that stands out. so do you think Blade/Jacenty or Shay and Kyra/Annika are strong names that would be well represented?

wow you very open.... well I'm sorry to say, I dont sit and bake in the sun, I surf as a hobby. So ya know when your out on the beach surfing all day in the sun you tend to tan. Also another reason why my family and I tans so easily is because their Indian... my mother is half Indian. So please don't assume that I sit and bake in the sun for hours just to look good or because it's the "in thing!"

It is very easy to avoid tanning even if you are out in the sun and water all day - all you have to do is reapply 40+ sunscreen as often as is necessary according to the instructions on the package.
If your family is part-Indian, that means your skin will be naturally dark, but it does not necessarily mean that you will tan easily. Either way, tanning is bad.
I live in Australia where skin cancer is one of the leading causes of preventable deaths, so I know what I'm talking about when it comes to skin protection.
Yes, people on this site are honest with each other. Given that you claim to be married and pregnant with twins, but yet are only 18 years old according to your profile, I sincerely hope that you are being honest with us.

I think Blade & Jacenty will be perfect names and fit the way you suppose they'll look just perfectly. And Kyra will fit beautifuly too!
But I'm a little concerned about Shay & Annika. They are both beauriful names but don't seem to fit the darker looks. Shay is an Irish name and Annika is a more Scandinavian name, but I do know a little girl named Annika who has brown hair, her twin sister's name is Alicia.
Have you ever thought of using Ariana or Adriana for one of your daughters? I love those names!
I'm personaly not that fond of Jacenty, have you thought of Jason or Jared or Jonas? Just a thought.
Bunny, Gigi, Chloris, Wilma, Darleen, Eartha

Tanning is the first sign that your skin has been permanently damaged, and leads directly to skin cancer. I sincerely hope that you never allow your daughter to tan deliberately.
I don't like to stereotype names, but I have to say that Blade and Annika both strike me as names for people with blonde hair and very pale skin.
