Here in the U.S., "East Enders" is not a factor. I'd say it's chich, classic and entirely usable thansk to Shakespeare. :-)
My only issue with it is it sounds harsh and reminds me of Binaca ("bi-NAH-cuh") mouth freshener. (Do they even make that any more?) But I would still be pleased to meet a little Bianca, or better yet a Blanca.
