They're a fine, if not particularly exciting twinsets (and at least it's not Luke and Luka and Andy and Annie). Luke is fine as a full name, I'd prefer Annie as a nn for Anne, though Annie works on adult.
They'd work on characters (if context and period appropriate) and on real people as well, I suppose.
