[Opinions] Twins?
What do you think of Luke and Annie for twins? Should these be their full names, or nns? Better for a fictional twinset or one in real life?

I think they would make a gorgeous twin set, be it fictional or in real life. I also think these should be their full names.

That twinset reminds me of "Star Wars." Luke=Luke Skywalker, Annie=Anniken Sywalker (I believe a few people called him Annie in the prequels).

Me too. :)I don't think it would be a bad twinset though, they're both okay names.

I think they're an adorable sibset. Luke can definately stand by itself and I think Annie could, too, although I would prefer it as a nickname for Anne/Anna.

I think they work well but I don't like Luke at all. I would prefer Lucas and Annie. Or perhaps Lucas and Annora "Annie" or Lucas and Anna "Annie" ?

They're a fine, if not particularly exciting twinsets (and at least it's not Luke and Luka and Andy and Annie). Luke is fine as a full name, I'd prefer Annie as a nn for Anne, though Annie works on adult. They'd work on characters (if context and period appropriate) and on real people as well, I suppose.

I don't think Annie works as a name on its own, but Anna and Luke or Anna and Lucas sound great together.

I think it could work for both real or fictional children. I think Luke is totally cool as a full name, but Annie should have something more "mature" as a full name (on a real child anyhow). Anna/Anne and Luke is very pretty together. Anna/Anne and Lucas does sound more grand, but Anna and Luke sounds great too.
