Um, didn't you say yourself on the Opinions board that it's an invented name, created by combining Brett and Kylie? It therefore has no meaning, although if you're desperate for one you could take the meanings of Brett and Kylie as a meaning for Brylie.

it IS a name, I've heard it a few times before. Also spelt Briley.
Yeah, I googled it and it seems to be an all-recent usage, not even a surname .. it can be combinations of other names too, apparently (there was one example of Brian + Lesley). I guess there could be a sound-alike surname, but it seems more plausible that recent usage spins off of names like Riley/Rylie and Brynn, Briar, Brianna etc.
