It looks made up, which means I have no associations to draw upon except the sound of it. And I don't like the sound because it's a tongue twister. So there's nothing about the name for me to like, sorry.
Also, it sounds like a drunk person trying to say the word delicious. Now, change it to
Celestine and you get two enthusiastic thumbs (claws?) up from me.

Vivian, but prefer the
Vivien spelling. Viva leaves me waiting for the rest of the phrase, "Viva Mexico!" or "Viva Zapata!" or "Viva Las Vegas!" or "Viva Viagra!" etc. Annoying.
