a) keep the whole name
b) keep the first name and change the middle name but use the same initial and same culture
c) keep the middle name and change the first name but use the same initial and same culture
d) Swap the names round

Hmmm, I would prefer if you called him something beginning with Y, as stated in the rules, simply because everyone will want to do it if I allow it now!
