Yes, I think Susannah or Susanna would work. Others that work are Sunshine, Sunday, Sunniva but I only like Sunday out of those.

My dad's nickname for me has always been Sunny because when I was young my hair was so blonde and my cheeks were so rosy, so it doesn't have to necessarily be name related, people get nickname's for the oddest reasons. I mean Miley Cyrus's real name is Destiny or something like that, but she got Miley because she smiles so much. Basically what I'm saying is that it doesn't have to relate to her name.
