They want the babies FNs to be classic English names with modern spellings but not "Kreatyve" and their MNs to express the joy they have brought to the McGregor's lives.

Molly would like the baby's FN & MN to be Cute and Feminine and Jake would like her FN & MN to be Masculine Unisex names (i.e. Tyler, Logan, Devin etc. ), so they're compromising, the baby's FN will be a Masculine Unisex name and her MN will be a Cute Feminine name.
