I rather like Ruth. I think that if I were to use it, I'd most likely use it as a middle name...the nickname Ruthie isn't tempting me to use it, however.

I really like Ruth Eliza, Ruth Emmaline and Ruth Susannah. I also think that Ruth Heloise, Ruth Francesca, Ruth Adelaide, and Ruth Magdalene work well too.
