I think it's just an inflected form of the name Tatiana. In Slavic languages nounds have several forms(as opposed to just singular and plural in English) depending on how they are used in a sentence.
For example, these are some forms Tatiana would take in Polish depending on it's use and place in a sentence:
Tatiany
Tatianie
Tatiano

Yes, Tatjanu is the genitive form of the name Tatjana in Croatian, Serbian and some other Slavic languages. I have never seen a male form of this name, so doubt it would have many hits on Google.
Could you give me the links you found so that I can be sure? The ones I found all refer to the genitive of Tatiana/Tatjana.
I also found that the male name Tatianus is a form of a Roman name Tatius.
