Fiadh is quite cute but I think spelling it like Fia is better if you don't live in Ireland. Just looking at it I didn't know how to pronounce it and it actually looked kind of masculine to me.
Overall I'm not too fond of the name and Fia is very much seen as a nickname where I'm from.
